Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Gray Llama (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website (the “Site”), contact us, request service, request an estimate, enroll in a maintenance plan, or otherwise interact with us.

  • Marketing/analytics providers (website performance and attribution)

  • Service software/CRM providers used to manage scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoices, and membership plans

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate (scheduling/CRM/dispatch software, payment processors, email/SMS tools, analytics)

  • Vendors and subcontractors as needed to complete work (for example, equipment suppliers or specialty trades), limited to what is necessary

  • Legal and compliance recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety

  • Business transfers if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (information may be transferred as part of that transaction)

  • We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of “selling a customer list for money.” If we ever engage in practices regulated as “sale” or “targeted advertising” under applicable state privacy laws, we will provide the required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms.

4. Communications and Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number, we may contact you by call or text for service-related purposes (appointment confirmations, dispatch updates, billing notices, and membership renewals).

Marketing texts/emails: where required, we will obtain consent. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential service communications.

Message and data rates may apply.
